Foremost the standard of his work within the house before we moved in was of a high standard, which made it a lovely first home for us to live in. He was also easy to talk to and available to contact when needed. If we had any problems (there were few) he had them fixed as soon as possible, and he would go above and beyond in some instances to make sure we were happy and comfortable within his property.  Overall we would highly recommend renting one of his properties!"
